Via Afrika sells Idem Smile

Nasou Via Afrika (Pty) Ltd trading as Via Afrika Education has sold the business unit Idem Smile (Via Afrika Smile) to Rand Plastics as a going concern. This transaction is effective as of 31 July 2012.
